There are many things you can do to support our efforts to preserve the garden for the community (and prevent the land from being built on). Here are two things you can do now. Watch this space for other action points in the future:
2) Are you a go-getter? We need someone to scout the best route for and catch the attention of the mayor’s office. This would be not only for our specific cause, but for all of the Philadelphia Gardens threatened with development. Mayor Nutter began the GreenWorks initiative… let’s hold him to his word that countering urban blight with green neighborhood revitalization is not only of high value but necessary to Philadelphia’s health.
